ON-SITE CAMPING

Our campgrounds are onsite and ready. We have been camping on these grounds for over 40 years with family and friends. You are welcome to select a preferred camping spot under ticketing and once those are assigned please grab a general spot under ticketing as there are plenty. Camping at Sonterra can be quite cozy, especially on a star lit night with cool breeze. We are a kid-friendly environment and rest assure there are appropriate areas for the late nighters. There are nearby toilets, water and electricity along with one centralized large communal camp fire. Its common for a neighboring camper to help with set up and extend items you may have forgotten.

GENERAL CAMPGROUND INFO

Campgrounds are special mainly because of the friendliness involved in the experience of camping. Many folks attending have camped here for years and are a reliable resource to lend a hand and a good laugh.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Adult beverages are not sold on premises and adults of legal age are responsibly permitted to bring alcohol and consume responsibly. You are welcome to bring any cook top surfaces just please use in appropriate areas to limit the possibility of uncontrollable fires. Please be responsible in disposing of bottles, cans, and items from ice chests.In an effort to reduce scattered waste, please disposable of personal consumption items in provided waste bins.

AMENITIES

Toilets are available in the campground. Running water is provided on the property in the campground. Although campers bring their own drinking water, you are welcome to refill your drinking water containers onsite accordingly. Electrical outlets are provided throughout the campground.

CAMPFIRES

We have an open fire pit that is circled in stoned and open fires should be within designated fire ring. BBQ grills or outdoor type fireplaces aren’t really needed and should you have a special request please reach out and we can discuss further. Firewood is chopped stacked and provided for your use!

Onsite RVs are a great option to accommodate your stay at Pine Jam. These are limited in availability and are always the first reservation item to go so choose under Ticketing quickly!

Show up, put your personals inside and you’re ready to rumble. Just tidy up a bit before you leave and don’t forget your phone charger! Send us an email so we make sure your RV selection is confirmed.

We provide linens & bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, bathroom tissues, cleaners, trash bags, and complimentary snacks and beverages.

Fall Rates for 2 nights:

Arrival date: November 10, 2023 (Check in time: 4:00 PM)

Departure date: November 12, 2023 (Check out time: 11:00 AM)

Nightly rental rate: $1,295.00 x 2 nights = $2,590.00

Cleaning fee: $ 350.00

County tax @ 6.25%: $ 183.75

Total: $3,123.75

We require a 50% payment to reserve your dates with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If reserving within 60 days of arrival, then full payment is required at time of reservation. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival.
